Real Estate activity as we move through the Coronavirus pandemic is changing every day. I have taken it upon myself to keep updated on the local areas since it is a very common topic of interest for those in our local area looking to move. Keep an eye on my website, as I will be bringing to you weekly updates every Monday.
Raritan Township had three new listings come on the market in the past week, which is the most in Hunterdon County. Alexandria Township, Bethlehem Township, Clinton Township, Delaware Township, Lebanon Township, Readington Township, and Union Township all had two new listings.
In Somerset County, Franklin Township had the most newly active listings with eight, followed by Bernardsville Boro with six. Hillsborough and North Plainfield each had five, followed by Bedminster Twp, Warren Township, and Watchung Boro each with four.
Here are the countywide numbers for Hunterdon and Somerset. All date ranges are from March 23 to March 29, 2020.
