In a continued effort to keep my thumb on the pulse of changing market conditions during the Coronavirus pandemic, I have updated some of the most important numbers to look at.
Hunterdon County had an uptick in the numbers for New, Pending (Under Contract), and Sold (Closed) listings. The increased activity is a positive sign, since these are all activity that happened during the current quarantine.
Raritan Township led the charge with most Active and Pending listings with 8 in each category. Readington Township followed it up with 6 Active and 2 Pending.
Somerset County also had an increase in New, and Sold listings. There was a decrease in Pending sales, so this is a number that I will continue to monitor.
Franklin Township/Somerset had the most with 11 new Active listings and 11 Pending. Bridgewater had 9 Active and 7 Pending and Hillsborough 8 Active and 1 Pending.
