Three Reasons to Buy a Home in Today’s Shifting Market

Why sellers no longer have as much leverage, and how it can be a benefit to you!

Picture this… You go out and see a newly listed home. You love it, and decide to make an offer. The next day you hear back some great news that there AREN’T thirty other offers on the same home. The seller likes your offer, and is considering accepting it.

WOW!!! Can you believe it? If you’ve been trying to buy a home for the last two years, you might not believe it. But it’s true. Market conditions are easing.

The operative word is “easing”. Multiple offers are not a thing of the past; they still happen, but not every time, and when they do, the competition might not be as fierce.

Buyers are finally starting to get back some of the leverage that they’ve wanted for so long.

If your strategy is to sit tight for a while in anticipation of a Real Estate market crash so that you can buy at rock bottom prices… well… you might be waiting for quite some time because I don’t see any market crash coming in the aftermath of the last two years at all. I do have more info on that, but in a future message, so stay tuned.

But for now, you can rest assured that you now have a much better chance of not having to compete with tens of other buyers for the same home, get a great price, and might even have more homes to choose from.

In the meantime… If you’ve been sitting on the sidelines trying to figure out what to do, please reach out to me. We can chat about the market conditions, how it relates to your scenario and goals, and devise a plan to get you into your next dream home!!!
